Due to COVID-19 Shipping windows are slightly unpredictable. We are still fulfilling orders as promised, however our fulfillment partners (USPS, UPS, and DHL) are slower than normal, and often times not scanning packages in when they receive them from our team. We thank you for your patience.
Due to unpredictable shipping times, if we are able to get your package out within 24 hours of your order, but the package does not arrive within the expected time due to delays on the courier's end, we are unable to refund your shipping costs.
Please give yourself at least two weeks before your expected trip to ensure that your package arrives.

Return policy: Unused Ursack bags in brand new condition may be returned for a full refund – less shipping charges and a handling fee – within 30 days of purchase.
After that there is no refund (except for warranty reasons). This policy is strictly enforced. We do not give refunds because a particular wilderness area or National Park changes its policy on Ursack.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: We will replace, or refund the cost of, any properly used Major, Major XL, Allmitey, or Minor Ursack bag in which a gap, tear or hole larger than 1/4 inch is caused by a bear. This 1/4 inch standard is the criteria used in the Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee’s test protocol. We ask that customers send pictures of any damaged Ursack to us for inspection. For more information about the risk from raccoons and other critters, see FAQs.
