Refund policy

Warranty:

All Ursack bags have a limited lifetime warranty. 

We will replace the AllMitey, Grizzly, or Kodiak if a bear or critter punctures the UHMWPE /Kevlar laminated portion of the bag with a hole 1/4 inch or larger.

We will replace the Major, Major XL, or Major 2XL if a bear punctures the UHMWPE with a hole 1/4 inch or larger. There is no critter warranty.

We will replace the Minor if a critter punctures the Kevlar with a hole 1/4 inch or larger. There is no bear warranty.

Starting a Warranty Claim:

If possible, document the scene. Take pictures of your bag that clearly highlight the damage and send them to info@ursack.com. Let us know where you were, when the incident occurred, and where we can send your replacement bag if the warranty threshold has been met.

Please report all bear incidents to the nearest ranger station. 

Returns: 

Unused bags in brand new condition may be returned for a full refund, less the original shipping and a handling fee, within 30 days of purchase.  If you would like to make a return, please email us at info@ursack.com first for a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Please note: We do not issue refunds if a national park, national forest, or wilderness area changes their policy on Ursack bags.
