Much to my satisfaction, I recently switched to the Ursack Major, previously I used two BearVaults of different volumes. The Ursack is far lighter and much more convenient to pack than the BearVault, so well worth the additional price! I eat two freeze dried meals a day when out, so the bag holds one week worth of food. So, this is a warmly recommended product!

Great product and easy to deploy. We used it on the hiking trip we had right after we got it
I purchased a Ursack 4 weeks ago. I have emailed 4 times, with no response, trying to get an RMA # so that I can return my unused bag. Very disappointed with this company.
You need to give the ACTUAL, stuffed dimensions of your bags. An estimate of cubic inches is meaningless unless you give a STUFFED DIAMETER AND STUFFED LENGTH of your product. I feel that you’re purposely disingenuous on this point because your sewing department has really shitty quality control, and do you refuse to give us the useful data of stuffed sizes on your bags because there’s so much variability coming out of your sewing sweatshop.
Overall a good product, but did you actually field test it with a bear? Good quality costruction BUT the holes cut in the bag for the cord need grommets! Those ragged holes look either like low quality or you were trying to skimp on the cost. Holes in fabric like that will eventually begin to fray. I installed my own grommets and the company should considerdoing that.
